Customer Verification
By submitting the TFT Smoke Shop verification form, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, the information you provide is accurate, and the uploaded identification images belong to you.
SMS Program
By optionally opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from TFT Smoke Shop at the phone number provided for verification status, customer support, text ordering, delivery coordination, delivery updates, and contact follow-up. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt Out and Help
You can reply STOP to unsubscribe from future text messages. You can reply HELP for help or contact support@michaimedia.com. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
Customer Phone Match
After approval, TFT Smoke Shop may use your saved phone number to recognize you for future text-based customer support and order coordination. If your phone number changes, you may need to complete verification again.
Delivery Rules
Delivery orders are accepted Monday-Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please place orders early so drivers have time to complete deliveries. Delivery is available to residences and job sites within 15 miles of TFT Smoke Shop. Minimum delivery order is $50 and maximum delivery order is $100.
Acceptable Use
Do not submit false information, another person's identification, payment card details, passwords, or unlawful requests through the website or by text message. TFT Smoke Shop may decline, pause, or cancel service when verification cannot be completed or a request cannot be fulfilled.
